The deal
By using Anime Gains you agree to these terms. If you don't, don't use the site. We may update terms; material changes get a "last updated" bump and an email to signed-in users.
Who we are
Anime Gains is an indie fitness-themed web app. The character archetypes, regimens, and lore notes are inspired by published anime works owned by their respective rights holders. We don't claim ownership of those characters.
Accounts
- You must be at least 13 to create an account. Real-money purchases require 18+ or parent/guardian consent.
- Keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for activity on your account.
- We can suspend accounts that abuse the system (cheating, fraud, harassment, attempts to bypass rate limits or pity caps).
Virtual currency
Coins, tokens, and shards are virtual items. They have no real-world value, can't be cashed out, and don't transfer between accounts. They exist only inside Anime Gains.
Purchases
- All paid packs list exactly what you receive (coins, tokens, shards, or a specific character unlock). No randomized paid pulls.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Refund requests within 14 days for unconsumed packs — email us with your Stripe receipt.
- EU consumers: you have a 14-day right to withdraw under EU consumer law. By starting to use a digital product (pack, unlock, specialty workout), you waive that right for that specific item.
- Prices may change. Anything you already bought stays unlocked.
Health & safety
Anime Gains is fitness entertainment, not medical advice. The workouts are inspired by anime tropes, sometimes exaggerated for theme. Train at your level, scale loads gradually, warm up, don't skip recovery, and stop if something hurts. Consult a qualified professional before starting any new training program. We're not liable for injury from following any regimen on this site.
What you can't do
- Reverse-engineer the gacha or pity logic to manipulate outcomes.
- Use bots or scripts to grind coins, shards, or pulls.
- Resell virtual currency or accounts.
- Upload illegal, harassing, or copyrighted material.
- Attempt to access other users' data or attack our infrastructure.
Content you create
Custom training logs you build with the "Create" tool stay yours. You give us a non-exclusive license to host and display them so they work in the app. If you delete a log, we stop displaying it.
No warranty, limited liability
The site is provided "as is". We try to keep it up and stable but don't guarantee uninterrupted service or that it's error-free. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time (see the privacy page). We can terminate accounts for material breaches of these terms. On termination, virtual currency and unlocks are forfeit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and applicable state law where the service operator resides. Disputes go to that jurisdiction's courts. Local consumer-protection rights aren't waived by this clause.
