ACCOUNT & DATA
Do I need to sign in to use the app?
No. You can browse the roster, take the quiz, do workouts, and even pull the gacha without an account — progress saves to your browser. Sign in to sync across devices and to appear on the leaderboard.
Will I lose my progress if I sign in later?
Your local progress is preserved and merged on first sign-in. Coins, tokens, collection, mastery, and specialty unlocks all carry over. The merge is one-way — once you sign in, the cloud copy becomes the source of truth.
How do I delete my data?
Email support and we'll wipe your account within 30 days. Anonymous handles on the leaderboard are stripped at the same time. Local browser data clears the moment you clear site storage.
TRAINING
Are these workouts safe for beginners?
Yes. Most regimens start at 2–3 sessions per week with bodyweight or light-load options. Mythic and legendary protocols ramp into intermediate volume — read the per-character notes and the /muscles principles before scaling load. If you're new to lifting or returning from injury, check with a coach or your doctor first.
Can I substitute exercises?
Yes. Swap any movement for one that hits the same muscle group at a similar intensity. The /muscles pages list direct substitutes for every primary exercise.
How do I track sets and reps?
The Workout Session screen walks you through each set with a rest timer, voice cues, and a 3-2-1 countdown. Sets and reps are listed with each exercise; log them in your own notebook or app — we don't replace a real lifting tracker.
GACHA & RARITY
What are the pull odds?
Common 69.6% · Rare 25% · Epic 4.4% · Legendary 0.6% · Mythic 0.4%. Every locked character is in the spin pool — banner-locked legendaries (Beerus, Broly), mythic unlocks (Goku UI, Naruto Sage, SS4, Frieza Golden), coin-unlock and token-unlock chars. Soft pity boosts the legendary rate from pull 31, +0.5% every 5 pulls. Hard pity at pull 100 — your next pull is guaranteed legendary or higher.
Are paid pulls a thing?
No. We don't sell randomized paid pulls. Coins are earned in-app or bought in fixed packs that list exactly what you get. Mythic unlocks are direct — same stats as gacha-pulled.
What happens if I pull a duplicate?
Duplicates convert to character shards toward the next-tier banner unlock. 1,200 shards = a banner-locked legendary (Beerus, Broly).
PAYMENTS
What's the difference between Founder's Pass and Training Arc?
Founder's Pass is a one-time $14.99 lifetime perk: +20% coins on workouts and dailies, forever. Training Arc is a 30-day $4.99 mesocycle: +25% coins, +1 bonus mastery credit per completed session, 500-coin training stipend. They stack — owning both gives you both bonuses.
Are paid items pay-to-win?
No. Mythic unlocks have the same stats as gacha-pulled equivalents. Coin and shard packs accelerate progress but don't gate content. Training Arc and Founder's Pass boost earn rate and mastery progression — they don't grant exclusive characters or stat advantages.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — within 14 days of purchase, if you haven't already used the granted items. Email support with your Stripe receipt and we'll process it. Training Arc refunds are pro-rated against days used.
What about chargebacks?
We process them through Stripe and reverse the matching grants automatically. No bans, no drama — but the items get removed from your account.
PRIVACY & SAFETY
What data do you store?
Email (for sign-in), in-app progress (coins, collection, mastery), and Stripe receipts. No fitness data, no workout videos, no biometric data. Read /privacy for the full list.
How are leaderboard handles anonymized?
We hash your account ID and show the first 6 hex characters. Unique enough for you to spot yourself, not traceable back to your email or anything personal.
Is the site GDPR / CCPA compliant?
Yes. Data export and deletion on request, no third-party tracking beyond Vercel Analytics (anonymous, no fingerprinting), and a cookie banner for the small set of cookies we do drop.
